Job Description
This is a rewarding opportunity to lead the day-to-day coordination and delivery of the City’s Community Day Club services, supporting customers to participate in safe, inclusive and meaningful programs that promote independence, wellbeing, connection and choice.
You’ll provide operational leadership across staff, volunteers, students, service activities, facilities, equipment and vehicles, while contributing to customer intake, assessment, support planning, reporting, policy review and continuous service improvement.
What You’ll Be Doing
Coordinate Day Club programs across City locations
Plan engaging activities supporting customer wellbeing
Lead employees, volunteers and students confidently
Support intake, reviews and support planning
Maintain accurate records and service information
Build relationships with customers, carers and providers
Support procedures, training and service guidelines
We’re looking for a community services leader who is organised, compassionate and confident supporting people, programs and teams. You’ll ideally bring:
Relevant qualification or equivalent community services experience
Experience leading staff, volunteers or students
Experience developing customer support or care plans
Strong person-centred care knowledge and practice
Experience supporting diverse or complex customer needs
Strong communication, administration and organisational skills
Confident using Microsoft Office and record systems
Current Police Clearance, Driver’s Licence and First Aid
