The Registered Nurse will provide personalized care plans and clinical support to aged care residents at the Maddington facility. Responsibilities include ensuring best practice person-centered care, safe medication administration, and maintaining accurate quality records.
Candidates must hold relevant nursing qualifications and current AHPRA registration. A National Police Clearance obtained within the last six months is required, and experience in aged care services is preferred.

The key focus of this role is to provide assessment, personalised care plans and support to our Aged Care residents and our Clinical and Care teams. You will ensure the provision of best practice person centred care, including safe medication procedures, and the maintenance of quality records. We are currently offering 1 night shift pattern. You must be available to work Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights.
Your relevant demonstrated nursing experience, together with a passion for providing exemplary patient care, will see you to success in this role. As a self-starter committed to contributing to a professional and collaborative team, you’ll have well-developed interpersonal and relationship building skills, a continuous improvement mindset and alignment with MercyCare values in all tasks you undertake.
