About the Role
Reporting to the Manager- Quality & Clinical Governance, the Practice Improvement Lead will support the organisation's commitment to safe, high-quality care and regulatory compliance.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing practice guidance, coaching, and supervision support to operational teams.
Facilitating reflective practice and promoting consistent, person-centred service delivery.
Leading incident investigations and escalating safeguarding concerns where required.
Supporting audits and compliance activities aligned with NDIS and Aged Care standards.
Identifying practice risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
Preparing reports and maintaining accurate documentation.
Liaising with internal teams, clients, families, and external stakeholders to support quality outcomes.
Our Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Experience in practice leadership, quality, or safeguarding within Disability, Aged Care, or health services.
Knowledge of safeguarding principles, incident management, and regulatory frameworks.
Experience coaching and supporting teams to deliver safe, person-centred services.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
The ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement.
Experience using quality, incident, and compliance systems to drive continuous improvement.
