Overview Occupational Therapist – Outpatient Pediatric (Travel) — Everett, Washington, United States. Start date: 07/27/2026. Duration: Weeks. Shift: 5x8 Days. Weekly pay: $1,687–$1,779. Setting: Outpatient pediatric therapy services. This travel assignment requires prior travel experience; first-time travelers are not accepted.

Responsibilities - Conduct pediatric outpatient evaluations and implement evidence-based treatment plans for pediatrics and adolescents - Address feeding, ADLs, and sensory integration/sensory diet; develop home programs; provide family/patient education - Document progress and update plans of care; coordinate with interdisciplinary team members (including Social Services) as appropriate - Develop goals and discharge plans in collaboration with families and caregivers - Manage a pediatric outpatient caseload and apply knowledge of common pediatric diagnoses (e.g., autism, cerebral palsy) - Ensure safety, infection control, and accurate documentation in the electronic charting system
Requirements - NBCOT certification - BLS certification - Minimum 1 year of pediatric outpatient OT experience; travel experience required; first-timers not accepted - 2 references covering 1 year within the last 3 years - Ability to work in an outpatient pediatric setting; EPIC charting experience preferred - Must be able to participate in the assignment with pre-start modules completed as required
