This position works closely with the Director of Community Engagement and Outreach to help strengthen the YMCA's presence in the community while ensuring compliance with the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) and Summer Food Service Program (SFSP).
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys writing, organizing projects, coordinating events, and making a positive impact in the community.
Assist with marketing campaigns, promotional materials, digital displays, and fundraising communications.
Create and manage content for the YMCA's social media platforms related to fundraising, events, and philanthropy.
Meet with department leaders to support marketing and event promotion.
Assist with planning and coordinating fundraising events and community outreach activities.
Prepare event reports, maintain records, and provide administrative support as needed.
Research, write, and track grant applications and reporting deadlines.
Support compliance and administration of the YMCA's CACFP and SFSP food programs.
Process monthly food program documentation to ensure accurate and timely state reimbursements.
Build and maintain positive relationships with community partners, schools, and local organizations.
Represent the YMCA professionally while demonstrating our core values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility.

FBI Fingerprint (Department of Human Services), Pennsylvania State Police PATCH, Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance, and Mandated Reporter certification required upon hire.
Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED and Great American Academy certifications must be completed within 90 days of hire.
