The Day Habilitation Specialist supports adults with developmental disabilities by implementing individualized life plans and facilitating community-based activities. They are responsible for monitoring participant progress, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring the health, safety, and dignity of those supported.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or G.E.D. and a valid driver's license with at least 6 months of driving experience. Additionally, CPR and SCIP certifications are required for this role.
