The Occupancy Specialist manages the operational aspects of affordable housing, including resident certifications, lease renewals, and rental payment monitoring. They are also responsible for reviewing rental applications and handling EIV reports in accordance with applicable laws.
Candidates must have 1-3 years of experience in HUD, LIHTC, RD, or Affordable Housing fields. Proficiency in Microsoft programs and the On-Site Rental System is required, along with the ability to pass a background check and drug test.
