The Family Specialist develops and oversees family programming and comprehensive care plans using a strength-based, trauma-informed approach. They act as a liaison between participants and their families while connecting them to community supports and wellness resources.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Family Therapy and be a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. At least one year of experience working with adults with co-occurring disorders in a community-based setting is required.
