The ABA Tutor Senior provides 1:1 therapy to children with autism and trains staff and student trainees in behavioral treatment. They also develop and facilitate group instruction lesson plans as directed by the BCBA.
Requires a bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field and a minimum of 500 hours of supervised experience in behavioral principles. Previous experience as an ABA Tutor is mandatory.
The Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Tutor Senior will assist with onboarding and directly training staff (Behavior technicians and ABA Tutors) and practicum/student trainees in providing 1:1 ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy to children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental. Ability to effectively train and monitor behavioral treatment delivered by ABA tutor(s), behavioral technician(s), or practicum/student trainee(s). Additionally, the Aba Tutor Senior will develop and facilitate lesson plans for group instruction as directed by Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
