The Lead Therapist provides clinical oversight and direction to a multidisciplinary Community Support Team to decrease hospitalizations and increase community functioning. Responsibilities include overseeing mental health assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with external providers to ensure continuity of care.
Requires a Master's degree in a human services field and qualification as a QMHP under Illinois Rule 132. Licensure (LSW, LCSW, LPC, or LCPC) and at least two years of community-based behavioral health experience are strongly preferred.
Heritage Behavioral Health Center is seeking a full-time Lead Therapist to lead our Community Support Team (CST). CST provides mental health rehabilitation services designed to decrease hospitalization and crisis episodes and to increase community functioning so individuals can achieve their rehabilitative, resiliency, and recovery goals.
As the team's designated full-time Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP), the Lead Therapist provides clinical leadership and direction to a multidisciplinary team delivering individualized, community-based services — in accordance with Illinois Rule 132/140 requirements.
Sign On Bonus Eligible with one year commitment: $5000
