Security Officer
At The Kearney Center, security is about more than enforcing rules—it’s about creating a safe, welcoming environment where individuals experiencing homelessness can begin rebuilding their lives.
We’re looking for compassionate, dependable Security Officers who can balance professionalism with empathy. In this role, you’ll help maintain a secure facility while treating every client, visitor, volunteer, and staff member with dignity and respect. You’ll be a visible presence throughout the shelter, helping prevent conflicts, responding to incidents, and supporting a calm and orderly environment.
