Requires a high school diploma, HVAC experience, and EPA Universal certification with at least 5 years of maintenance experience. Preference is given to candidates with multi-family housing experience and a history of supervising employees.
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of the property, ensuring all systems and facilities are in excellent condition while maintaining high customer service standards. This role involves supervising at least one Maintenance Technician, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and managing the property’s maintenance needs within budgetary guidelines. The Maintenance Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and overall quality of the community.
