From reviewing subcontractor proposals to preparing project schedules, your meticulous attention to detail ensures nothing slips through the cracks. You're the go-to problem solver, ready to step in and support crews whenever needed, all while maintaining accurate records and documentation that keep projects on track. Safety, quality, and excellence aren't just priorities-they're your standard.
Your role goes beyond managing tasks-you'll actively monitor project budgets, profit margins, and schedules, making real-time decisions to keep everything on target. Acting as a vital bridge between leadership, clients, subcontractors, and in-house teams, you foster collaboration and clear communication every step of the way. You'll handle scopes of work, change orders, and billing with precision, thriving in a fast-paced environment where your contributions directly impact our success.
