This role supports EDCare’s mission of delivering compassionate, evidence-based eating disorder treatment by promoting a culture of safety, ethical practice, patient rights, and continuous improvement. The Director of Compliance will partner with multidisciplinary teams and executive leadership to ensure EDCare remains compliant, survey-ready, and aligned with the highest standards of patient care.

(I) Maintain regulatory compliance with all accrediting agencies including, but not limited to, The Joint Commission, OSHA, Center of Medicare and Medicaid Services, the Center of Disease Control and Prevention, State and Federal Agencies.
(II) Works with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that Quality Improvement and Compliance Programs are well established and managed throughout the company. Is the company’s in-house authority on Quality and all Compliance matters.
(III) Responsible for the clinical and administrative systems, processes, and reports employed to detect, monitor, assess, mitigate, and prevent risks. The CCO is responsible for proactively and systematically safeguarding patient safety as well as EDCare’s assets, legal risks, accreditation, reimbursement levels, brand value, and community standing.

This position will require travel which will result in lifting, carrying, walking and navigating both car and airplane travel. Valid Driver’s License required.

Founded in 2001, EDCare offers patients, their families, healthcare professionals and the community over 24 years of eating disorder experience. Our flagship center is located in the heart of Denver, Colorado where we are committed to empowering individuals suffering from eating disorders to make healthy, long-lasting changes. EDCare has become one of the nation’s foremost center for the diagnosis and treatment of eating disorders. Our multidisciplinary team of board-certified psychiatrists, physicians, clinicians, family and experiential therapists, and registered dietitians provide treatment to adults, ages 18 and older, of all genders and ethnicities. We offer a safe, judgment-free environment where individuals can gain the tools and support they need overcome the serious complications of anorexia, bulimia, binge eating and other related disorders. Upon admission, an interdisciplinary treatment team is assigned to each patient based on their individual needs. This means every treatment plan is unique and is designed to fit the individual. We currently offer various programs in Colorado, Kansas and Nebraska. All of our treatment centers have earned the Joint Commission Gold Seal of Approval. Housing options available in Denver and Kanas City. Most major insurance plans accepted.
