A high school diploma or GED is required, with an associate degree preferred. Candidates must possess strong crisis intervention and communication skills, along with basic computer proficiency.
Under the direct supervision of the Program Manager, the Resident Assistant will provide support to Hope House residents and create a hospitable and safe environment in the shelter. This is a part time position - 20 hours per week (Monday through Friday, 5pm - 9pm.)
