The operator is responsible for descaling and coating steel wire/rod to prepare it for annealing or drawing. Duties include operating overhead cranes and forklifts, performing visual inspections of coils, and maintaining a clean workspace following 5S standards.
Candidates must be able to read, write, and speak English and possess basic computer skills. Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and work in non-air-conditioned or confined spaces is required, with industrial crane experience preferred.
