The Technical Editor serves as the final quality assurance check for intelligence products to ensure they are analytically sound and compliant with IC publication standards. Responsibilities include reviewing grammar, enforcing classification markings, and collaborating with analysts to improve narrative organization.
Candidates must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph and extensive experience in intelligence editing (ranging from 3 to 12 years depending on education). Proficiency with IC style guides (ICD 206, 209, 501, 710) and cyber terminology is required.
