Employee Relations & Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Specialist
Duties & Tasks:
Communicate policies pertaining to Human Resources, compensation, and benefits.
Conduct Exit Interviews.
Collect and analyze employee data
Use data to create employee profiles
Organize and update employee files
Adhere to regulatory and safety standards
Represent the company at job fairs and college campuses
Oversee employee orientation and training.

Position Requirements and Qualifications:
Proven work experience as an Employee Relations Specialist and/or EHS specialist or similar role
Demonstrated knowledge of employee law
Outstanding interpersonal skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong problem-solving capabilities
Relevant training and/or certifications as an Employee Relations Specialist or EHS Specialist
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant amount of experience otherwise
Software Skills Required:
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Experienced with ADP and SAP preferred
Demonstrated skills in database maintenance and record keeping
Strong understanding of HRIS systems
