Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, travel between properties, and perform physical requirements including walking, driving, twisting, bending, frequently lifting up to 50 lbs., and climbing fixed and extension ladders.
Valid driver's license and driving record that meets company vehicle-use requirements.
