We partner with some of the world’s most complex enterprises to connect Illumio’s breach containment platform to measurable business outcomes—from ransomware containment and Zero Trust Segmentation to application visibility, cloud modernization, and resilience in the AI era.

By joining our high-growth Sales organization, you will work alongside driven, collaborative professionals who are passionate about helping customers reduce cyber risk and protect what matters most. Our team brings curiosity, accountability, and executive-level storytelling to every customer conversation, helping organizations understand their environments, prioritize risk, and take action before attacks become cyber disasters. Your Impact:

• Drive pipeline growth

  Lead qualification and outbound prospecting are your engines. You'll be a key contributor to Illumio's revenue story in the South EMEA region.

• Own your territory

  Run account-based prospecting campaigns, map target accounts, and get in front of the right decision-makers — your region, your rules.

• Make every touchpoint count

  Phone, email, social — you'll use every channel to connect with prospects and turn interest into pipeline. No two days look the same.

• Collaborate across teams

  You'll sit at the crossroads of Sales, Marketing, and Channel — your work directly shapes how these teams win together.

• Languages

  Fluent in Dutch and English (must have)

• Experience

  1–2 years in sales development, ideally in software or tech

• Growth mindset

  Confident engaging anyone — from C-suite to technical teams — and skilled at handling objections

• Sales craft

  Value-based prospecting, account mapping, lead development, and qualification

• Tech stack

  Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo — you know your tools

• Self-driven

  You thrive in fast-moving environments and hold yourself to a high standard without needing to be managed
