The Sterile Pharmacist is responsible for verifying patient-specific prescriptions and validating compounded lots in accordance with USP <797> and SOPs. Key duties include performing complex calculations, maintaining sterile lab equipment, and ensuring overall regulatory compliance.
Candidates must hold a BS in Pharmacy or a PharmD degree and an active Florida Pharmacist license. Preference is given to those with one year of sterile compounding experience and knowledge of cGMP FDA 503B guidelines.

Play a pivotal role in providing patient centered care by verifying patient specific prescriptions, validating compounded lots, and upholding compliance to USP <797> guidelines. Ensure appropriate dosing and verify compounded medications while upholding quality control and compliance according to Strive Pharmacy Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
