Support the Engineering team in planning and delivering capital, maintenance, and continuous-improvement projects within a pharmaceutical environment. Ensure all activities are compliant with GMP standards and maintain accurate project documentation and stakeholder communication.
Requires strong organizational skills and proficiency in project management tools like MS Project and Excel. Experience in GMP-regulated industries and formal project management training are preferred.

Eisai Manufacturing is the hub of Eisai’s production and supply chain. We make tablets, package these into blisters, label and package vials and bottles. We also manage the wider medicines supply chain and other companies who undertake work on our behalf.

Your new role
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support the Engineering team in planning, executing, and delivering capital, maintenance, and continuous‑improvement projects within a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role ensures project activities are well‑organised, compliant with GMP standards, and aligned with production schedules. The coordinator works closely with engineers, validation teams, quality, operations, and external vendors to keep projects on track and fully documented.
