The Area Business Leader will build and lead a team of Neurology Account Specialists to execute business plans and drive product demand for a novel Alzheimer's therapy. They are responsible for fostering key stakeholder relationships, ensuring compliance, and meeting or exceeding regional sales objectives.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales, including 5 years of leadership experience. A deep understanding of the U.S. healthcare ecosystem, complex account management, and regulatory compliance is required.
