The BCBA provides behavior analysis services including assessments, consultation, and the development of Individual Treatment Plans for clients. They monitor client progress, educate care providers, and ensure compliance with all applicable rules and regulations.
Requires a Master's Degree and current BCBA certification from the BACB. Candidates must have at least two years of supervised experience implementing ABA-based treatment plans.
Standard Monday - Friday Office Hours!
Purpose of Position:
Provides behavior analysis services to clients in the form of assessment, consultation, and counseling. Addresses both behavior and skill deficits, as well as behaviors that place the person or others at risk. Develops Individual Treatment Plans and educates care providers on its implementation. Monitors the effects of the plan on client’s behavior and makes modifications as needed. Maintains quality of services and ensures services are provided in compliance with all applicable rules and regulations.
