The Sales Associate is responsible for driving new business growth and managing customer relationships within an assigned territory. Key duties include prospecting, conducting face-to-face presentations, and closing sales to meet monthly and quarterly quotas.
A high school diploma is required, while a bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is preferred. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, insurance, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Conduct face-to-face meetings and compelling sales presentations to prospective customers, demonstrating how GFL’s products and services can meet their needs.

Collaborate closely with the Inside Sales and support teams to streamline processes and share best practices.
