The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep, repair, and preventative maintenance of multiple healthcare clinic environments across Metro Detroit. This includes performing electrical, plumbing, and HVAC work while managing facility inspections and inventory.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in facility or building maintenance and a working knowledge of general building systems. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for travel between sites.
