The Patient Administrative Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for patients, managing scheduling, insurance verification, and billing tasks. They also maintain accurate electronic medical records and support clinic operations through data management and administrative assistance.
The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and strong verbal and written communication skills. While previous experience in a patient-centered healthcare setting is considered an advantage, it is not strictly required.
