Responsibilities
The SDR will prospect and engage senior decision-makers through multi-touch outreach campaigns to create meaningful conversations. They are responsible for qualifying leads and booking discovery calls for Account Executives using HubSpot.
Requirements
The role requires a self-starter with strong communication skills and a target-driven mindset comfortable with high outbound activity. Previous SDR or customer-facing experience is ideal, though graduates or career changers are welcome.

We partner with some of the UK's best-known brands across retail, hospitality, leisure, facilities management, and healthcare helping them deliver operational excellence, retain customers, and grow revenue.
With a strong pipeline and fresh funding, we're scaling quickly and were looking for ambitious Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to accelerate their career in B2B sales.
This role will focus on our soon-to-be-launched Client Connect - a digital business reviews platform for enterprise B2B companies. We help clients reduce churn and unlock growth opportunities by transforming quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and ongoing feedback into actionable insights.
This isn't high-volume, generic telesales. You'll be speaking with senior operators across enterprise and multi-site businesses about real commercial challenges.

Prospecting and engaging with senior decision-makers (Operations Directors, CX Leaders, HR Directors, Marketing Managers) across multiple industries.
