As a Data Scientist, you will work alongside Senior Data Scientists, engineers, and client teams to support the development and deployment of data-driven models and insights.You’ll contribute to building analytical solutions that solve real business problems, gaining hands-on experience across the data science lifecycle—from data exploration and modelling to validation and deployment. This role is perfect for someone with foundational data science skills, eager to deepen their expertise in a collaborative, client-focused environment.
Essential:
1-3 years’ of experience in Data Science or a related analytical role.
Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and modelling.
Experience with machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Solid understanding of statistics, data wrangling, and exploratory data analysis.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate clearly.
Familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g., matplotlib, seaborn, Tableau, Power BI).
Desirable:
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data engineering concepts.
Experience with SQL and database querying.
Understanding of model deployment techniques and MLOps basics.
Knowledge of AI ethics, bias, and data privacy principles.
Relevant qualifications (BSc/MSc in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field).
Support the development, testing, and deployment of machine learning models and data analytics solutions.
Clean, preprocess, and analyse structured and unstructured data from various sources.
Assist in exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover patterns, trends, and insights.
Collaborate with senior data scientists, data engineers, and stakeholders to understand business problems and requirements.
Prepare clear documentation and visualisations to communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving data science workflows and best practices.
Help maintain model performance through monitoring, retraining, and validation activities.
Support client workshops and presentations as needed.
