Acerca del rol:
Asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de ventas, rentabilidad y distribución en las cuentas clave asignadas, mediante la ejecución de estrategias comerciales efectivas que impulsen el crecimiento sostenible del negocio y fortalezcan la relación con los clientes.
Qué harás:
Definir e implementar estrategias comerciales para las cuentas asignadas, alineadas con los objetivos del negocio.
Gestionar y desarrollar relaciones con clientes clave para asegurar el crecimiento de las categorías y el cumplimiento de metas comerciales.
Garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de ventas, rentabilidad, distribución y recaudo de cartera.
Asegurar la correcta ejecución y seguimiento de acuerdos, planes comerciales, actividades promocionales y lanzamientos de innovación.
Realizar seguimiento permanente a los indicadores comerciales para identificar oportunidades y tomar acciones oportunas.
Acompañar la gestión de los equipos comerciales de los clientes para fortalecer la ejecución en punto de venta y maximizar resultados.
Monitorear el mercado y la competencia, compartiendo información relevante que contribuya a la toma de decisiones.
Velar por el cumplimiento de las políticas, normas y procedimientos establecidos por la organización.
A quién buscamos:
Un Profesional en Administración o campos afines.
Con experiencia mínimo de 2 años en áreas comerciales de los cuáles los últimos 2 años haya ocupado posiciones de liderazgo de equipos y cuentas claves en compañías de consumo masivo.
Habituado a procesos de negociación y toma de decisiones basado en información.
Con manejo de procesos de planificación estratégica, gestión administrativa, diseño e implementación de estrategias comerciales.
Altas habilidades numéricas, matemáticas comerciales y Excel intermedio.
Deseable que cuente con un medio de transporte (moto o vehículo).
