Job Objective

Drive business growth in the U.S. market by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities. The Business Development Representative is responsible for building relationships with prospective clients, managing the sales pipeline, and consistently achieving monthly revenue goals through a consultative sales approach.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

• Identify and engage qualified prospects in the U.S. market.

• Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.

• Close new business opportunities and consistently achieve monthly sales targets.

• Prioritize high-value opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

• Prepare and present commercial proposals to prospective clients.

• Negotiate pricing and contract terms within company guidelines.

• Increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

• Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle to ensure timely deal progression.

• Accurately document all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM.

Pipeline Management

• Maintain a minimum close rate of 20%.

• Keep an accurate and up-to-date monthly sales forecast.

• Reduce sales cycle length through proactive follow-up and opportunity management.

• Maintain an active pipeline valued at least three times the monthly sales target.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales or business development experience.

• Experience selling to or working with clients in the U.S. market is preferred.

• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

• Knowledge of consultative sales methodologies.

• Experience using CRM platforms to manage sales activities and pipelines.
