Requires 4+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing with a proven track record of scaling ecommerce brands. Must be based in Latin America with C1 English proficiency and expertise in Shopify and AI marketing tools.

We're looking for an experienced Head of Growth & Marketing to lead and execute the company's entire marketing strategy across paid media, organic content, viral videos, ecommerce, and customer acquisition through social media content (product marketing).
This is not a role for someone who simply manages agencies or coordinates campaigns: We're looking for a true operator, someone who enjoys building, creating, testing, and optimizing every aspect of the marketing engine while using data to drive continuous growth.
You'll own both strategy and execution, working directly with the founders to scale revenue, improve marketing efficiency, and build systems that support long-term growth.
