The Technician Production Manager oversees vehicle reconditioning operations, manages technician staffing, and ensures production targets are met. They are also responsible for maintaining environmental, health, and safety standards while driving associate engagement and performance.
Candidates must be able to interpret production data, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and possess effective communication skills. Completion of CarMax-provided training is required, and prior experience as a manager or automotive technician is preferred.

The annual salary for this position is:
$54,500.00 - $95,500.00Except as otherwise required by state law, CarMax Associates are entitled to the following paid sick, vacation, and holiday time.
Associates that are considered full-time hourly or commission/incentive eligible:
Associates considered full-time salaried are entitled to paid time away with no specified limit as needed for sick, vacation, bereavement, jury duty, holidays, floating holiday, etc. subject to manager approval.
