What You'll Do
As a Video Manager in the Global Design Studios team, you will be a strategic problem solver and leader who understands people, design, business, and technology and can combine it all to propose solutions to projects’ needs. You are a creative inspiring leader with an excellent video background who will lead, guide, mentor, and motivate Video Specialist team in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
In doing so, you will build deep client relationships, making senior clients feel both comfortable and engaged throughout the entire process. You will work with a team of creative specialists from multiple dimensions, establishing the frameworks and vision that will guide the outcome for new experiences. You will be a video thought partner to the BCG Consulting Team, using a video strategy approach and offering solutions to meet the client's objectives.
You will engage with our consultant teams, leading and overseeing video projects end to end by implementing complex and ambiguous briefs with minimal direction, translating business language and processes into creative solutions. You will work on multiple projects simultaneously, preferring a mix of strategic and design work. You will quickly build rapport and trust with clients and provide direction and design critique to team members. You will collaborate with the Global Design Studios Video team and lead projects with an international team when needed.
You’ll lead and develop creative briefs that capture the business challenge, set timelines, ensure that all goals are met, communicate with clients, conceptualize and ideate creative digital solutions, support all decisions with creative, strategic, and/or business reasoning, present creative concepts, and discuss ideas with internal clients.
Leading and coordinating multiple creative projects at a time, you’ll drive their execution, ensuring that clients are satisfied with the quality of the final result. You will provide leadership and inculcate innovative thinking to the Video team and establish rich and engaging partnerships with the BCG Consulting Team. As Video Lead, you will guide Video Specialists in the team from Associate to Senior level, providing guidance, direction, upskilling, and support throughout their career development.
