The Production Project Leader will independently lead continuous process improvement initiatives to improve production safety, quality, capacity, reliability, cost per 1000 dosages, customer service and regulatory compliance. Represents Production on teams and forums where Production process and technical knowledge is required. Acting as a leading member of a team, the Project Leader works with others to improve quality, productivity and timeliness of the projects being managed with the end goal being reduction or eliminate of non-value-added activities or costs.

The hiring range for this position is $72,284.85 - $101,198.79 CAD per year. The final agreed-upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
