The Forward Deployed Engineer will embed with manufacturing teams to diagnose operational issues and deploy Cerebro AI solutions directly into plant environments. They are responsible for ensuring system reliability, driving user adoption through training, and providing field insights to the product development team.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of professional experience in an engineering or operational role with a strong analytical foundation. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to learn new technologies quickly, and a willingness to travel for on-site deployments.
As a Forward Deployed Engineer on the Cerebro team, you will be embedded with manufacturing customers and internal production teams to make Cerebro actually work in real plant environments. This is a highly practical, hands-on role at the intersection of AI technology, manufacturing operations, and customer outcomes.
You will spend significant time on-site (and remotely) understanding production lines, diagnosing real operational problems, rapidly adapting and deploying Cerebro solutions, integrating with existing systems, driving adoption, and feeding field insights back into the core product. Success is measured by reliable production deployments, measurable line improvements, and high customer adoption.
We are looking for sharp, analytical engineers who can learn quickly. If you have a strong engineering foundation (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial/Management, or similar), enjoy solving real-world problems with people, and are excited to pick up modern AI tools while immersing yourself in manufacturing, this role is built for you.
