Requires a Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering with 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Must have demonstrated expertise in Lean principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and data-driven problem solving.
As a Continuous Improvement Engineer, you'll play a key role in driving operational excellence across our manufacturing operations by leading Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Engineering teams, you'll identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost while creating more efficient and sustainable manufacturing processes.
This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineer looking to make a measurable impact. You'll lead Kaizen events, optimize production workflows, analyze manufacturing performance, and implement Lean tools that eliminate waste and improve operational performance. Your work will directly influence how we manufacture our products while helping build a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
