The Infusion Nurse provides primary patient care, including assessments, care planning, and the administration of infusion therapy in home or alternate site settings. Responsibilities include coordinating with the care team, educating patients and partners, and maintaining clinical documentation.
Candidates must be a licensed RN in Georgia with a valid driver's license and at least 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in infusion therapy, ICU, or cardiac care. A BSN and advanced certifications like CRNI or ONS are preferred.
