Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and referral sources to increase home infusion patient placements. Educate partners on infusion protocols, patient eligibility, and clinical outcomes to facilitate smooth transitions from acute care.
Requires an active RN or LPN license and at least 3 years of experience in healthcare sales, clinical liaison, or home infusion roles. Must have a proven track record of developing referral networks and a strong understanding of Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement.
JOB SUMMARY
The ideal candidate will have experience building relationships with hospitals, case managers, discharge planners, infectious disease physicians, specialty physicians, and infusion providers. This role requires a clinical understanding of infusion therapies and the ability to educate referral sources on appropriate patient placement and treatment options within the home setting.
