The Infusion Nurse provides primary patient care, including assessments, care planning, and education for patients receiving infusion therapy in home settings. Responsibilities include coordinating with care teams, managing schedules, and participating in an on-call rotation to ensure continuous support.
Candidates must hold a current Multistate RN license in good standing and preferably a BSN or advanced specialty certifications. A minimum of 3 years of nursing experience with a background in infusion therapy, ICU, or Cardiac Care is preferred.
