The Senior Aircraft Maintenance Inspector is responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs on corporate aircraft to ensure airworthiness. They will also coordinate maintenance activities with technicians and vendors while maintaining compliance with FAA regulations and company standards.
Candidates must hold an FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License and an FAA Inspection Authorization (IA) Certification. A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in corporate aircraft maintenance is required, with preference for experience on Gulfstream or Bombardier aircraft.

Caterpillar is seeking a Senior Aircraft Maintenance Inspector to support the maintenance, servicing, inspection, and airworthiness of our corporate aircraft fleet.
This is primarily a hands-on aircraft maintenance role responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, inspections, and servicing activities on corporate aircraft. The successful candidate will help ensure aircraft are maintained in accordance with FAA regulations, manufacturer requirements, and Caterpillar standards while supporting safe and reliable flight operations.
Reporting to the Aircraft Maintenance Manager, this position will serve as one of two Senior Aircraft Maintenance Inspectors and work closely alongside a team of Aircraft Maintenance Technicians supporting Caterpillar's corporate aviation operations.
The ideal candidate will bring strong corporate aviation maintenance experience, particularly supporting Gulfstream and/or Bombardier aircraft, along with a commitment to safety, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
