CTI Foods, a leader in custom food manufacturing, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Director to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth within our CPG/Industrial segment, across all product categories. The ideal candidate has an extensive background in partnering with customers and internal stakeholders to create custom food solutions, preferably in protein or kettle production, established relationships and a proven track record of successful sales strategies.
*The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range of candidates hired. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, how many years of experience you have and comparison to other employees already in this role. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the range. Unlimited PTO requests are subject to approval and is subject to the current business needs of CTI Foods.
