The Shift Engineer is responsible for organizing and monitoring operational activities in the coating area to ensure production targets and quality standards are met. They must also oversee safety compliance, manage equipment maintenance, and lead shop floor personnel to drive operational excellence.
Candidates must hold a B.E. or B.Tech degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Production Engineering. A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably within the automobile industry, is required.
