The Client Travel Coordinator is a priority support position that is responsible for concierge-level client requests. This position requires the highest levels of relationship-building skills, customer service, organization, and work ethic in a fast-paced environment. This position will require you to work in the office located in Overland Park, KS. This is not a remote or hybrid role. Your schedule will be full-time, working 40 hours a week. Tuesday – Saturday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Schedule and follow up on ground transportation and catering
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors
Provide solutions while keeping costs in mind
Negotiate cost reductions and recover no-show fees
Accurately update client files
Notifications to FBO of expected services
QualificationsThe qualified candidates will have 2+ years of high-end customer service experience in a corporate environment.
Previous experience booking travel and reservations, with itinerary planning and coordination, is strongly preferred
Highly proficient in utilizing multiple internet, research, and purchasing tools
Understanding priorities and urgent requests as delegated by management
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks in high-pressure situations while developing a rapport with the client and its travelers
Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to respond to change
Ability to work independently and within a team, developing strategies and action plans, and implementing goals and objectives
