The technician will perform preventive and demand maintenance activities while supporting senior staff in various industrial maintenance tasks. They are responsible for adhering to GMP and safety regulations while building a multi-craft skill foundation.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or relevant certificate, with experience in using industrial power and measuring tools. Enrollment in or completion of a formal technical school program related to industrial maintenance is highly desired.

This position is an entry level maintenance position. This role will serve as a primary resource on preventive and demand maintenance activities within their current skill set while supporting Senior technicians with more advanced tasks.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs.
