The Quality Technician performs sampling, testing, and auditing of raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet specifications. They are also responsible for maintaining calibration records, managing non-conformance reports, and performing preventive maintenance on lab equipment.
Candidates need at least 2 years of professional experience and proficiency in reading technical drawings and performing numerical calculations. Experience with mechanical measuring gauges and various test equipment is required.

The Role: The Quality Technician will create documentation and perform
sampling, testing, calibration/verification, and in-process auditing
activities. They will maintain records for calibrated instruments and defective
equipment reports. Your Responsibilities: Requirements:
Additionally, you will request quotes for equipment repair,
write purchase requests for equipment and services and develop and maintain
Quality Metrics and Quality Records. They will perform preventive maintenance
tasks for lab equipment while liaising between QA and Production
Departments.
This position is located in La Vergne, Tennessee.
