Partner with leaders to address employee relations matters, including facilitating resolutions and conducting or supporting investigations when needed.
Liaise with plant leadership and Talent Development to coordinate and/or facilitate training initiatives (e.g., onboarding, compliance training, leadership development, etc.).
Participate in organizational development efforts such as workforce planning, team assessments, talent reviews, and succession planning.
Support execution of employee engagement and retention strategies, including feedback sessions, action planning, and recognition initiatives.
Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with the company’s values and Open-Door philosophy.
Maintain accurate and confidential personnel records in accordance with legal and organizational standards.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees to reduce legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance; partners with the Legal Department as needed.
Support HR program compliance, including posting requirements, policy implementation, and audits.
