Support thermal and fluid performance analyses using 1D simulation tools and first-principles calculations to optimize high-temperature heat battery systems. Develop thermal models, evaluate fluid system components, and process test data to validate system behavior.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering with a strong foundation in thermodynamics and fluid mechanics. Proficiency in simulation tools like MATLAB or Aspen and a commitment to accurate engineering documentation are required.

This role necessitates either being on-site at our Alameda HQ 2-3x per week OR remote in Central Florida. The estimated annual hourly range for this role is $35 to $45.
