The Pasteurizer Operator is responsible for the proper operation of pasteurization equipment, tanks, and pumps while ensuring compliance with internal, state, and federal regulations. They must also perform equipment sanitation, maintain accurate production records, and support internal and external compliance audits.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of experience in food or dairy manufacturing. A state-issued Grade A Pasteurizer License and the ability to operate lift trucks are required.
