The Warehouse Team Leader will provide hands-on leadership on the warehouse floor, guiding Material Coordinators to ensure safe and efficient daily operations. They are responsible for monitoring workflows, maintaining inventory integrity, and fostering a collaborative team environment to meet operational goals.
Candidates must be experienced warehouse professionals with a proven track record in operational or logistics leadership. Proficiency in English is required, and experience in a regulated or high-quality environment is considered an advantage.
As Team Leader here at Illumina in Eindhoven, you will play a pivotal role in leading daily warehouse operations and ensuring smooth, safe, and high‑quality execution across all material handling activities.
This is a fully hands‑on position, working side‑by‑side with a team of Material Coordinators while providing day‑to‑day guidance, coaching, and clear operational direction. You will partner closely with cross‑functional teams across the site to maintain an exceptional warehouse environment and uphold operational excellence.

Experience in a regulated or high‑quality environment is an advantage, and proficiency in English is required.
