The Manufacturing Engineer will develop and implement processes for PCBA and complex electronics hardware, including establishing in-house capabilities and managing supplier quality. They will also drive prototype-to-production transitions, perform testing and validation, and ensure all hardware is delivered on-time with zero defects.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline and possess at least 3 years of experience in electronics manufacturing with a focus on PCBA and SMT processes. Strong problem-solving skills, hands-on production process development experience, and ITAR eligibility are required.

Manufacturing Engineer, PCBA
Castelion is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to drive the development and implementation of manufacturing processes for printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA) and complex electronics hardware. This role will support both in-house and supplier SMT assembly, board bring-up, validation, and qualification as we transition designs from prototype to scalable production in support of next-generation defense systems.
