The Mechanical Thermal Engineer will perform thermal and structural analyses of electronic hardware designs and systems to ensure reliability. They will also support environmental test programs and participate in project design reviews while interacting with project personnel.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, aeronautical engineering, or physics and possess at least 15 years of relevant work experience. A TS/SCI (SSBI) level clearance and US Citizenship or Permanent Resident status are mandatory requirements.
The Mechanical Thermal Engineer will support various projects located in Pasadena, California as part of the NASA/JPL MASS contract.
The position will perform thermal and structural analyses of electronic hardware designs and systems/subsystems, including enclosures.
